EAS is conducting an Environmental Assessment (EA) for projects at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. The Air Force is proposing to complete multiple civil engineering construction/demolition/renovation projects in support of installation development planning on the base.
EAS is conducting an environmental impact analysis for proposed actions to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and Air Force implementing regulations. In addition, EAS is providing a Description of Proposed Action and Alternatives (DOPAA), and Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP), Administrative Record, and Cultural Resource Survey.
