April Horsley
April has more than 25 years’ experience in federal contracting and business development for small as well as large businesses. Her expertise includes marketing and business development, federal contract administration, procurement, project and proposal management. As a specialist in small, disadvantaged business strategy, she is well versed in establishing and managing mentor-protégé relationship and other strategic partnerships.
April is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic growth plans, capture management and sales for EAS. She is located in Richland, Washington.
