Dennis Miller

Contracts Manager

Dennis has over twenty years of hands-on contracting experience over a broad range of contract types and situations, and fifteen years managing contracts departments based on a foundation of solid working relationships among internal clients, external clients and subcontractors in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

He constructs RFPs, as well as manages proposal submittals. Dennis has experience in procurement and sales with federal, state, and local government, commercial entities, universities, military, and with foreign firms and governments. He actively negotiates complex contracts and has depth and breadth of creative experience in a broad range of circumstances, contract types, and complexity. Dennis possesses executive level judgment to balance legal and contractual positions with business considerations and relationships, and he understands materiality.
