Ed is the Program Manager for Natural and Cultural Resources for EAS. He has more than 20 years’ experience developing and implementing natural, cultural, and environmental restoration and monitoring projects. Ed is a subject matter expert in coastal river ecology, species dynamics and interaction between aquatic community structure and associated aquatic habitats (South Eastern focus). He experience also includes serving as a Project Manager for the South West Florida Water Management District developing Minimum Flows and Levels (MFLs) for coastal rivers, coastal restoration projects and developing targeted nutrient reduction projects.
