As part of the EAS/Stell joint venture, EAS is supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District in providing a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement, helping to fulfill requirements set by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). EAS is evaluating the potential environmental impacts associated with fielding the implementation of the Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA), which will enable the Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA) to make informed decisions.
