In order to provide quality environmental compliance solutions to our clients, EAS has teamed with Stell Environmental Enterprises Inc. This partnership brings together decades of combined experience in natural and cultural resource, regulatory compliance, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidance, and environmental assessment.
Under the Joint Venture, EAS and Stell are providing military and civilian planning and environmental, technical, and professional services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District. Current projects include NEPA documentation for proposed Fort Meade Barracks, archaeological surveys for the D.C. National Guard, and a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the headquarters Department of the Army.
