EAS has been awarded a 5-year contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District (NAB) in a joint venture (EAS Stell Joint Venture, LLC) with Stell Environmental, for work conducting comprehensive technical planning studies and preparing reports for the NAB Military, Civil Works, and International and Interagency Support programs. This work encompasses a wide range of planning and environmental services in the general areas of planning and environmental compliance, sustainability, and quality at various military and non-military locations.
Tasks under this contract will include environmental planning and compliance, ecological services, cultural services, water resource services, and natural disaster emergency planning and preparedness services. Additional tasks will include civil works investigations, computer management data services, facility planning services, public involvement services, and economic, social, and financial services. The JV will lead a team of five subcontractors providing depth and breadth of experience and capabilities covering the entire scope of work.
