Environmental Assessment For Installation Development Plan Projects

The Air Force is in the process of completing multiple civil engineering construction, demolition, and renovation projects in support of installation development planning at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) in Texas. The Air Force requires an Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate the environmental impacts associated with these projects.

EAS is conducting an environmental impact analysis for proposed actions that is technically and legally sufficient to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and Air Force implementing regulations.  In addition, EAS is providing a Description of Proposed Action and Alternatives (DOPAA), and Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP), Administrative Record, and Cultural Resource Survey.

EAS is providing all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials required to complete project tasks.
