Working with joint venture partner, WSP Inc. (formerly Ecology and Environment Inc.), EAS is preparing an Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) for the Naval Operations Centers (NOSCs) within the area of responsibility for the Public Works Department of Maine.
The ICRMP will include all historical and cultural information discovered during data mining and the literature review, plus historic preservation requirements such as The National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and implementation of management priorities that will provide general cultural resource requirements that apply to all NOCSs.
