EAS is conducting a project for the completion of a Phase IA/Phase IB archaeological investigation at Joint Base Anacostia-Boling (JBAB) in support of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
Working with joint venture partner, WSP Inc. (formerly Ecology and Environment Inc.), EAS will ensure work is conducted in accordance with applicable specification and will comply with all regulations.
